Realise Africa is based in Harare Zimbabwe and founded by Felicity van de Ruit. Providing high quality psychological services locally and regionally. The team as follows:

Felicity van de Ruit

A psychologist specialising in individual and organisational well being and development, Felicity values authenticity and diversity. She enjoys supporting individuals on their journey to wholeness, to transform families, organisations and communities. Felicity works in the organisational, financial, educational and mining sectors. She is a member of the Board of Governor’s of St. John’s Educational Trust and the consulting psychologist for Quest Africa.

Felicity is registered with the Allied Health Practitioners’ Council of Zimbabwe, the British Psychological Society and the British Psychological Testing Centre. She is a Licensed Practitioner for Bioss International Zimbabwe and is accredited to use both the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and the Bar-On EQ-i.

Christina Rolfe

Christina brings a unique perspective and diverse management experience gained regionally and internationally. She particularly enjoys facilitating the Business Today financial simulation, a dynamic, experiential learning tool for developing business understanding and an appreciation of each individual’s contribution to the viability of the enterprise. Christina is an Accredited Facilitator with Business Today International.

Linda Nielsen

Linda has worked in both public and private sectors and brings a wealth of experience in realigning organisations to enable them to realise their strategic intent whilst respecting the values of all stakeholders. Linda is a Certified Cultural Transformation Practitioner with Barrett Values Centre.

 

Library

We are honoured to host the C G Jung Library and the C G Jung Reading Group at our premises. The library is open by appointment and when the Jung Reading Group meets and Workshops are being run.
