WRA™ – Working Relationship Appreciation

The WRA provides a way to measure a wide variety of different relationships within the organisation, producing a clear and detailed picture of decision making and working relationships throughout the organisation. This picture enables leaders to identify changes that can be made, at both an individual and an organisational level, to support the effective decision-making essential to an organisation’s resilience. The relationships that can be measured include the following:

  • Between managers, their direct reports, and their own manager
  • Between peers and colleagues
  • With third parties, such as suppliers and customers
  • Across the organisation as a whole through the “Our Organisation Appreciation”
